We’re DELIGHTED to introduce Sacha our new head chef to you all! Sacha has joined us from our friends over at The Hidden Oak and cannot wait to get started! We have been busy in the background developing exciting menus that will have something for everyone using only local produce where possible! New menu will be available to order from Thursday 11th Nov and our Sunday Roast menu will be available form the 7th December - head to the website to view the menus and book your tables!

Sacha is an obsessive reader, away from work you will find her spending time with her family or with her head in a book!

Sacha’s favourite dish to eat is a Traditional English Roast with ALL the trimmings!

Sachas passion is baking, coming form a great kitchen at The Hidden Oak and previously The Royal Beacon. She will be bringing that valuable experience to The Holt making our food offering a favourite all year round and a place that people immediately think of for coffee, cake and lunch! Sacha loves nothing more than to use locally sourced produce, seasonal veg, and meat from neighbouring farms.
